About The Team
The team is responsible for building up the Product and Product Operation Department under Global E-Commerce Business in the US. In the team, members are based globally, such as APAC, China and AMS. And here everyone is equal, help each other, pursue growth, seek truth from fact. Meanwhile, we provide each member with a wealth of career development space and advisory. We strive to make the team and the business achieve mutual success.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing/hiring strategies that are aligned with TikTok people's objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively.
  • Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent into team.
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as the culture fit with the TikTok environment.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
  • Provide effective and insightful data and reports to aid and improve hiring objectives and location strategies.
  • Discover, attract and lead a diverse and high-performing team.
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A demonstrated history of inhouse recruiting experience with demonstrated success in building out, leading, or experience managing teams (5 years of relevant experience is considered a plus).
  • A track record of high-performance, and success working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, excellent learning agility, and a sincere passion for talent acquisition.
  • Ability to influence by relationship building, expertise, and leverage data.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124800 - $228000 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
