Our client is looking for a Field Application Engineer (Based in USA, Bay Area).
Key Responsibilities:
- Production support and Issue analysis for Handset customers and Panel Makers
- Familiar with display panel system application, collect new project information and competitor information
- On-site support and Issue analysis for Mobile Phone or Electric Vehicle customers, provide problem engineering analysis
- Supported technical troubleshooting for ESD, EMI, software compatibility, and issues in capacitive touchpad products
- Technical training and product demonstrations directly with OEM/ODM customers
Key Requirements:
- Familiar with Display/Touch panel system application is preferred
- Basic electronics/circuitry experience
- Good communication skills and customer response ability
- FAE and technical promotion experience is preferred
- Strong ambitions and willing to contact new customers
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking and writing)
- US citizen or Green Card holder
