This is a 4-6 month full-time, temporary position.

Assists the Vice President of Health Systems in the management of all Health Initiatives programs and services.

Serve as liaison to NHO, and provide staff support to ensure implementation of quality Look Good...Feel Better program.
Administer quality Transportation Grant Program.
Serve as liaison to NHO, and provide staff support to ensure pediatric cancer camps adhere to Camps of Excellence standards.
Effectively manages and shares information and resources with Division HI Department through HI Connections (weekly, department email correspondence).
Serve as Division HI Department liaison to Learning & Development Director to ensure HI information is correct/matching/current.
Provide support to Division HI staff on! monitoring/reconciling budgets. Act as Division HI Department Liaison with Finance Department when requesting special reports/special project codes/reclassification request.
Manage logistics as needed/requested for Division HI Department meetings/conferences/trainings including travel arrangements, lodging, meals, handouts/materials (ordering/copying/assembling/shipping), etc. (including teleconference or VTC).
Provide assistance as requested, to Survivorship/Quality of Life Director, to ensure implementation of quality Reach to Recovery Program.
Monitor Direct Financial Assistance Program.
Proactively and assertively addresses issues as they arise.

Position Requirements

Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office software, computer equipment and Internet based applications. Analytical decision making skills and strong project management skills required. Ability to re! spond to changing circumstances and priorities in a positive focused ma! nner and remain composed under stress. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple duties and willingness to work in teams. Self motivator.
