The Role:As a Service Coordinator, you will be the friendly face and reliable point of contact for customers who need assistance after their purchase. Your exceptional organizational skills and clear communication will ensure that each customer receives prompt and efficient service resolution, regardless of their location within our widespread service area.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and our service department, handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Listen attentively to customers, understanding their needs, and offering empathetic support.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently, considering the logistics of our widespread service area.
  • Collaborate with our service technicians and various teams to prioritize and address service requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of service interactions and resolutions.
  • Proactively communicate with customers about the status of their service requests and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Identify patterns and trends in service requests, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
