Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow-up with all potential leads via phone, text, and email.
- Obtain all pertinent information regarding the incident, including photos and videos.
- Enter all info in our firm’s CRM.
- Send sign-up documents and follow-up to ensure completion.
- Provide second-to-none customer service.
Requirements:
- Must be able to build strong rapport quickly
- Must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Must be able to convey confidence and assurance
- Must be warm, sociable, and empathetic
- Must provide excellent customer service
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a required
