REM Iowa, a member of the Sevita family, provides services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex challenges.

Program Supervisor Data Support position will work remotely and cover our Midland Region in Iowa.

Responsibilities

Services and Supports

• Records: Documents as required in iServe platform; reviews individual records and data, billing and other program documentation routinely for accuracy and completion; maintains confidentiality of individual and employee data; directs teams through email to assure accurate and complete records.
• Program Planning: Assists in finalization of individual program notes in iServe platform; monitors implementation of daily notes across all shifts (noting duplicate notes, missing notes or missing data).
• Compliance: Maintains licensing compliance for program services and supports; implements Network compliance plan; manages individual rights implementation. Monitors the manager dashboard in iServe for task completion.

Health Care

• General Health Care: Enters documentation into iServe platform (i.e. physicals and flu shots).
• Medication Administration: Review administered PRN medications to ensure notes and follow up have been noted (ECP platform).

Stakeholder Relations:

• Communications: Maintains productive and professional relations with stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Implements Network Customer Service Standards

Financial Management

• Billing and utilization: Reviews census, attendance information or other required documentation to assure accuracy; monitors utilization between authorization and provision of services and supports (i.e. runs reports from iServe platform to send to operations team).
• Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year related work experience
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
