Customer Support Specialist


 

Northside Concepts is seeking several Customer Support Specialists to join our team of remote, dedicated professionals. In the Customer Support Specialist role, your day-to-day responsibilities are to foster past customer relationships and build new relationships to grow our customer base. Your primary goal as a Customer Support Specialist is to provide 5-star customer service during each and every interaction with a new or existing customer.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective and current customers via email, chat message, and phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner across all communication channels
  • Assist with management of emails and in-bound calls and chat messages
  • Follow up with with clients to insure satisfaction during all stages of the sales process
  • Resolve customer complaints in a reasonable and professional fashion with resolutions agreeable to both parties

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work independently, but excited to participate in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a quiet working area with access to a stable internet connection

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with customer service is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products including Gmail and Google Drive
