The Opportunity: Client Onboarding Specialist

Provide support as directed by the Onboarding Manager to ensure successful and timely setup of new and current clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry of internal systems, creation of lab and panel relationships for new clients, supporting onboarding team during client onboarding calls, training and supporting client needs that arise during the onboarding process. Participates in departmental and client meetings, as necessary.

Responsibilities:

● Captures all work product in Dynamics CRM system

● Leads Onboarding calls and completes all steps in the Onboarding process

● Ensures that all paperwork is returned to Vault Health in a timely manner and takes action as necessary in collaboration with the sales and service teams.

● Data entry of new information for clients into various internal applications.

● Sets up client account(s) with all pertinent laboratories.

● Communicates with collection site partners to identify new clients and provide their account information.

● Creates and disseminates a welcome packet to new clients.

● Provides internal teams with new account onboarding documents and client details relating to account set up, including checklist, client info forms, lab and collection site info and client welcome packet.

● Updates collection site database when necessary.

● Perform all offboarding duties related to the NLAC (No Longer a Client) process, removing a client from laboratories and internal systems. Keep an ongoing report of offboarded clients and provide this list monthly to leadership.

● Provide quality control by reviewing work completed by colleagues to ensure all client configurations are reviewed by two team members.

● Provide backup for Clinical, Workforce, Background Screening and Training in a teammate’s absence

● Follows up appropriately with clients and colleagues regarding pending issues.

● Returns daily voicemail and email messages internally and externally by end of same business day.

Qualifications:

● High School Diploma.

● One year of customer service and general office experience required as well great attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
