Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to products or services.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide accurate and efficient responses.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 - $27.42 per hour
