Position Overview:
We're seeking an ambitious Sales and Account Manager to join our team. This person will be vital in expanding our reach to potential clients, particularly in the healthcare sector, and ensuring the satisfaction of our existing clients. If you're driven, personable, and have a knack for closing deals, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential clients
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams for successful client onboarding
- Managing client accounts to ensure their satisfaction
- Spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client base
- Representing Appstairs at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Maintaining client information in CRM systems
- Addressing client concerns promptly and effectively
Required Skills:
- Proven sales and account management experience in the software or technology industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Established connections in the healthcare industry
Salary:
AED 4000 per month + commission. Our package includes other attractive benefits which will be discussed during the interview.
Reporting Structure:
The Sales and Account Manager will report directly to the Sales Director.
Work Hours and Location:
Standard business hours apply. This position will be based in an attractive co-working space, fostering a vibrant and collaborative work environment.
