Remote Intake Assistant [Mexico]


 

Rebecca Kitson Law is hiring a bilingual Virtual Client Services Intake Specialist


Opportunity to work in our fast-paced immigration law firm with a high level of excellence. All employees are held to the high standards our firm culture promotes. Must be able handle client and potential client interactions with exceptional customer service skills.

Day to day tasks will include gathering basic information from current and potential clients to schedule appointments with attorneys, other general calendaring for attorneys and management as requested, and auditing of calendars to make sure no conflicts arise. Data entry will be Included with the gathering of basic information to add consultation information into our client database.


This position works heavily with the Microsoft suite, Calendly calendars, and our client management software, Lollylaw.


No direct experience required, but priority will be given to candidates with prior office and/or scheduling experience.

100% remote

The work schedule follows ours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm MT


  • Candidates must be able to empathize with our clients and demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have reliable internet and a computer.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate comprehension of both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Must practice attention to detail, time management, and prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently and transition from one task to another quickly.
