- Typical Hours: 9pm to 3am or 9pm to 7am (depending on business requirements)
- 16 - 20 hours per week - including weekdays and weekends
- Liaise with the Senior Front of House prior to their departure and take ownership of Handover Book
- Assist with guest issues or queries once event staff leave in the late evening
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and relevant waste disposal
- Undertake regular walk arounds during the night to ensure there are no issues or disturbances
- Ensure set-up is put in place for the next wedding function
- Ensure all areas are ‘guest ready’
- Communicate any issues / incidents to the Business Manager
- Noise control
- Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints.
- Ability to handle difficult situations.
- Give assistance to other departments as and when necessary.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Must be reliable and professional and maintain uniform and appearance.
- Operates under lean management principles and constantly on the lookout for creative and new ideas to add value to our service.
- Awareness of our brand values and advocacy
- Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.

Experience Required:
