What we offer:
- Create and maintain product BOM according to the project equipment list and load them into the ERP system
- Understand new and existing products(Conveyor and Crane) and provide technical support to production – includes training assemblers
- Ensure production lines have correct drawings, tools, etc.
- Assist in resolving issues when they arise in production (ex. drawing errors/clarifications, quality issues, etc.)
- Provide feedback to other disciplines if errors are found. Example: correcting drawings and creating a PCO/ECN
- Create and maintain work instructions to aid in product assembly – collaborate with R&D and production
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve costs and efficiency– basic lean knowledge
- Support on NPI(new product introduction)
- To manage defined team member’s daily work and support problem resolution
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above on mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in position of mechanical design/product R&D/manufacturing process, etc.; Preferred (not must)experience on pallet conveyor equipment
- Be familiar with design software such as AutoCAD, other 3D software
- Cross functional communication and collaboration skills
- Good written English and oral communication
