We are currently looking for a Field Customer Service Agent to join our ever-expanding team in Dublin. We have vacancies all over Ireland currently. Reporting directly into the Field Operations Manager and working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will assist our customers in the installation, maintenance and repair of our systems. This is a field-based role and therefore we are looking for candidates who are proactive and have some experience supporting remote customers. Whilst previous experience within a technical role is desirable, full training on our systems is provided.
Field Customer Service Agent duties and responsibilities
- You will provide excellent customer service and assist our customers by performing key support tasks (on-site activities related to installation, management and maintenance of systems)
- You will accurately track and document the work completed, updating the field automation systems and databases
- You will assist our customers by performing troubleshooting activities
- You will use your training to identify any issues and suggest and implement solutions
- You will represent the company so you will drive sensibly to all client sites and ensure that you comply with all driving legislation
- You will comply with all company policies and guidelines
- You will work effectively as part of the team of Customer Field Service Agents
- You will build strong relationships and trust with customers and clients
- You will provide in-house tech support when required
- You will liaise with the relevant departments and assist with the collection and return of the company’s products
Field Customer Service Agent requirements and qualifications
Desirable
- Previous experience within a technical, customer focused role (such as installing broadband, aerials etc)
- Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
Essential
- Confident with technology and willing to learn new software
- Demonstratable experience within a customer service role supporting remote customers
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
- Full driving license
- Own Vehicle
In order to meet the needs of our customers, the successful candidate would be required to work some weekends and therefore full flexibility of hours is required.
