General Team Leader Job Summary Responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation for the delivery of patient care on the assigned shift. Supervises and evaluates work perfo! rmance in accordance with established criteria based standards of performance. Responsbile for thecoordination of clinical operations. Education Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Associate’s degree RN who are currently in the role may be grandfathered in. Experience Masters in nursing or related field with at least 2 years of clinical experience, including 1 year or more of recent pediatric/psyche/OR nursing experience. Or Bachelors in nursing or related field with 4 years or more of clinical experience including 2 years of recent pediatric/psych/OR nursing experience. Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Current RN license in the State of Alabama
