Job Summary: The RN Clinic works in a clinic environment and identifies patient needs and priorities for care though assessment. The! RN Clinic plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The RN Clinic evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN Clinic is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:Education:
Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with current Alabama licensure.
Experience:
Experience preferred; Able to work in a fast pace environment; experience with pediatrics is a plus.
This position will be closing the unit each day and will often function
as a relief charge nurse. Prior experience in a leadership role
preferred.
Additional Skill/Abilities: BCLS required within 6 month provisional period.
