Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated physical therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an adult/geriatric population seeing approximately 5 - 6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a physical therapist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s phys! ical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures aga! inst the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. Home health
Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation
School
Sports medicine
Required Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Home health experience is preferred
