As a pharmacy technician at Athens-Limestone Hospital, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will inclu! de preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing; and auditing patient records. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Certified pharmacy technician with AL licensure
- 2 years minimum previous pharmacy technician experience in a hospital including experience with IV admixtures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
