Under general supervision, uses positive interpersonal skills in performing job duties that require interaction with patients, visitors, and other members of the patient care team. Answer phone! s. Displays good rapport with all customers and demonstrates a positive attitude. Performs a variety of clerical and clinical duties requiring use of independent judgment and decision making skills within well established parameters.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a nursing assistant/medical assistant training program. 3 years prior experience may be considered in lieu of training program graduation. Background in clinical front office duties required. Successful completion of a credit check, using banking industry criteria, may be required in determining the eligibility of candidates.
Preferred:
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Current CPR Certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
