The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!
The Laundry Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of industrial laundry equipment on all Wilderness Hotel and Resorty Property.

This is a 1st shift position with weekend availability.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited:

• Responsible for the repairin, maintenance, and operating procedures of all laundry equipment that is assigned to him/her.
• Help maintain preventative maintenance program on laundry equipment.
• Accountable for materials used and ordering repari items needed for job completion or inventory.
• Ensures all repairs are scheduled and they are completed in a timely fashion.
• Does non-laundry related maintenace and repairs as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, and other management staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for training co-workers, keeping up-to-date on code requirements and changes, receiving and maintaining certifications and other related training.
• Follows all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
