THE ROLE
Visiting any Shoe Palace is the ultimate experience; our website needs to be on that same level!
Be part of the team that is making it happen, our E-Commerce team is looking for a team player with a positive
attitude, strong willingness to learn and ready to wear multiple hats.
The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for data entry, product content, and product data (yes, you must
enjoy this aspect of the job and be detail oriented. Majority of the job is data entry). We are looking for a driven
individual with genuine interest in E-Commerce.
The ideal candidate will think outside the box, and take on anything that comes their way. Do you have what it takes?
Hourly Range $20-$27 DOE
- Product data entry – creating product content, SEO rich product titles and descriptions
- Uploading and maintaining product images
- Initiate marketing research - pull data to provide insights that help grow the online business (i.e. Google
- Assist with content coordination
- Work in a collaborative environment
- Collaborate across all functional departments (Marketing, Creative, Buying, and Operations)
ABOUT YOU…
- Prior E-Commerce experience (preferred, not required)
- Interest in the online world i.e., online marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
- Software skills; Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, (Google Analytics a plus but not required)
- Solid follow up skills, adapts well to changing priorities and has high attention to detail
- Think on your feet and outside the box
- Energetic professional who is extremely organized, efficient and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats
- Problem Solver, great attitude, and strong work ethic
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and Marketplaces a plus
- Copywriting - writing copy for fashion products
