We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Associate to join our growing team at Systemverse. As a Remote Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers in order to help them maximize the value they get from our product. You will provide personalized customer care, offer customer support and troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is highly organized, driven, and dependable. Compensation:$25 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media on a daily basis.
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical assistance to customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with limited supervision
- Proficiency using GSuite (Google Docs), MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and other computer programs
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle
