- Bachelor's degree.
- Experienced with Excel.
- 7+ year experience working in sales excellence, operation, or business program management role.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Experience analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
The PMO will drive close collaboration with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, launching large number of global and local programs and initiatives. We’re now seeking a Promotion and Event Program Manager to drive seller success programs. Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Tier 1 events cross marketplace to drive merchandising excellence.
- Establish/optimize clear process and ownership to improve global selling sellers' merchandising performance, identify new opportunities to drive Sellers' traffic and discoverability
- Partner with local sales teams and global product teams. Help sellers adopt right product, troubleshoot, and receive right guidance; Drive timely call-outs and resolution activities to improve effectiveness prior to event launch. Deliver insights to global teams to influence product and policy decisions to improve seller experience.
- Improve data visibility during various stages of events. Develop dashboards to measure program goals, key metrics, and seller performance.
- Drive operational excellence, including office hour, wiki, or key insights sharing session like Postmortem study.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, to dives deep independently on broad scope issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.
- Sales or account management experience is preferred.
