  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experienced with Excel.
  • 7+ year experience working in sales excellence, operation, or business program management role.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese and other Asia businesses to sell globally.

The PMO will drive close collaboration with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, launching large number of global and local programs and initiatives. We’re now seeking a Promotion and Event Program Manager to drive seller success programs. Main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Tier 1 events cross marketplace to drive merchandising excellence.
  • Establish/optimize clear process and ownership to improve global selling sellers' merchandising performance, identify new opportunities to drive Sellers' traffic and discoverability
  • Partner with local sales teams and global product teams. Help sellers adopt right product, troubleshoot, and receive right guidance; Drive timely call-outs and resolution activities to improve effectiveness prior to event launch. Deliver insights to global teams to influence product and policy decisions to improve seller experience.
  • Improve data visibility during various stages of events. Develop dashboards to measure program goals, key metrics, and seller performance.
  • Drive operational excellence, including office hour, wiki, or key insights sharing session like Postmortem study.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, to dives deep independently on broad scope issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.
  • Sales or account management experience is preferred.
