Summary of Job Description:The PX International Licensing Specialist is responsible for managing a sub-component of the overall store and market opening projects, such as the timeline and interaction for store design involving Operations, Design, Equipment, and Marketing. This position also administers projects in support of international franchisees, licensees, and international partners. The PX International Licensing Specialist researches new international market opportunities and partner candidates for new markets and works on international brand marketing materials for international partners. This position also supports the International Project Manager to plan and coordinate meetings and events with the Panda International Core Team and international partners along with Licensee reporting and records.

You’ll get a chance to:

  • Collaborates in new international marketing openings in conjunction with the International Core Team and the PX International Project Manager.

  • Manage a sub-component of the overall market opening, such as the timeline and interaction for store design involving Operations, Design, Equipment, and Marketing.

  • Research new international market opportunities and partner candidates for new markets. Conduct analysis and research on competitors in international markets.

  • Lead or support projects, logistics, and relationships related to new international market development and partner selection process. Works closely with International Project Manager and provides administrative and project support to International Development function andInternational and Licensed Operations. Coordinates team meetings and other administrative support. Take meeting minutes and updates bi-weekly meeting/presentation materials.

  • Work on international brand marketing materials that provides the Panda story and criteria for selection as a PX international partner.

  • Work on international new store development packages and puts materials together for real estate approval presentations, under supervision of International Project Manager.

  • Maintains and administers key database and reporting systems for International and Licensing Teams.

  • Support Development team in negotiating and finalizing new Franchise/Joint Venture agreements.

  • Provide administrative project support to the VP, International related to international operations.

  • Provide administrative support to the License Project/Program Manager, Director of License Operations, and VP of Licensing, assisting them with putting together the weekly meeting presentations and minutes, scheduling calls, maintaining Licensing databases, putting together license operations training material, and coordinating with licensee business partners to schedule store visits and obtain feedback.

  • Work with the Ops Support Team to coordinate License Operations meetings for the local Ops team.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, economics, international relations, hospitality

  • Minimum three years of experience in a retail/hospitality environment

  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training

  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range P2s: $64,500 - $90,500 / Annual

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
