To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for a Junior Integrator.
The Junior Integrator will be responsible for guiding merchants through the technical integration process, managing their requirements internally, and providing support for any issues related to their integration module. The Junior Integrator will also participate in the design and development of new integration features, as well as develop and maintain technical documentation for the integration process.
Responsibilities:
- Guide merchants through the technical integration process
- Assist merchants with the consumption of APIs
- Manage merchant requirements internally
- Provide support for issues related to merchants' integration modules
- Participate in the design and development of new integration features
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the integration process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with integration platforms Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or PHP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
