Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for qualified ABA Therapists to work with children with Autism and their families ! in a home setting. ABA Therapists work one-on-one with children implementing the Behavior Support Plan designed and maintained by a BCBA. ABA Therapists gather quantifiable behavioral data necessary for the Behavioral Supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavioral Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives.
We are currently looking for Full Time/Part Time employees.
Week Day Shifts Available (Mon-Fri): Days, Evenings
Weekend Shifts Available (Sat/Sun): Days, Evenings
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications
- Completion of a minimum of twelve (12) semester hours of college coursework and currently enrolled in a course of study leading to an Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Human Development or related fields
- Forty (40) hours of classroom training in ABA techniques in accordance with BCBA Guidelines for Responsible ! Conduct of Behavioral Analysts
- Prior experience with ! special needs children highly preferred
- PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Reliable Transportation
